What and how
Task, solution, stack and status.
- Task
A Wildberries seller needs to keep track of orders and stock.
- What the user enters
A read-only WB statistics token, a Telegram bot token and chat_id. Optionally a stock threshold, check intervals, a Google Sheet ID and a service account.
- What they get
- New orders and cancellations arrive in Telegram, each order once.
- On first launch, one summary for the last 24 hours.
- Stock is summed across all warehouses and can be exported to a Google Sheet.
- A warning when stock drops below the threshold (5 by default). Once per item; after a restock the bot watches it again.
- How it works
Checks orders every few minutes and stock every 30 minutes. Stays within the WB limit (1 request per minute) and retries once on a 429. Runs continuously or once via cron. Has a demo mode on test data; the logic is covered by unit tests.
